is google sony ericsson deal the tipping point for blogging?

There's been a lot of discussion recently about the relatively small percentage of people who read blogs.  But this deal between Google and Sony Ericsson will help change that. Google is teaming up with Sony Ericsson to provide Google Web Search and blog features in its mobile phones. What's interesting is that photo uploading will be accomplished through the blog feature rather than through email or picture messaging---introducing new users to not only blogging, but Google brand blogging. As other companies follow suit it will be interesting to see what the impact on blog usage will be. And, it provides the opportunity for some rich and innovative WOM applications. Great brand building for both Sony Ericsson and Google.
